Central board of secondary education conducts the national eligibility test on behalf of the university grants commission. The test is held twice a year to select suitable candidates for the post of professor, assistant professor and junior research fellow in the Indian colleges and universities. This year exam will be held in July 2018. The test will be in three papers, and all the papers will be in objective questions.The test is conducted in several subjects to give ample choice to the candidates.
